Blinc Tenant Referencing

Blinc kept moving the barriers, they set out what they wanted and this was done, they would then ask for more information even though they were happy with the prior evidence supplied, they did not contact my employer or my landlord. When it was said they could have further information but this would come as a redactment copy, the advisor didnt know what this ment, when explained the advisor was rude and refused to continue the process, now the agent refuses to give me my money back even though Blinc wont continue. You cant expect someone to allow you full access to there accounts when hundreds of thousands of pounds are at risk, its not your business to see all the funds i have access to and from whome this money comes from and to who i pay money to and what i buy. I am well within my rights to redact my statements, i suggest they understand there responsibilities as a data controller and learn the basics.
