Absolutely abysmal service we were tenants for over 8 years. They refused to fix black mould leaking pipes and subsiding and falling down walls in the property where disabled person and children lived. Upon moving out they are threatening us for rent we do not owe and had never missed a rent payment. Had even forwarded on their breach of their end of the tenancy agreement onto the housing authority at the council and various other professionals who urged us to move out as soon as possible because the property was uninhabitable. Thousands of pounds of our personal items have been ruined by the mould from their property and they never fixed it after waiting months and years for them to do something about it. Avoid at all costs, if you value your health and safety. they have also stolen packages from our address at folkestone, at first refused to admit they had taken them until they mysteriously appeared in their office in Dover. which is a criminal offense.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
