Brought a house a year ago had over 200 snags picked up on the report. We have had some big issues where it comes to the floors and cladding which Ive been told from workers that's its a common thing. There are only 2 customer care people in the whole company as well as only 2 ground workers that attend snags in the whole company which is ridiculous. We have had to fight for issues to get done with a-lot of push back and not wanting to do things we are at the stage where we are looking into the small claims court for the next step. These are just awful stay well away. I have what must be hundreds of photos of the shoddy work and if I went into detail it would be like writing a school essay with thousands of words.
