I switched from being a self let landlord to using Domino Letting for my flat in the South Side of Glasgow after our twins were born. James at Domino is very responsive, does gas safety checks and keeps me up to date on new landlord regulations. Been with Domino a year and very happy.

Prepare to be overcharged for end of tenancy cleaning fees, even if you have only been there for a couple of months.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
