We have been waiting weeks for CPC to arrange for a workman to attend to an issue with our property. They are slow to respond, and when they do respond they give you less than a day's notice of an appointment which is useless when you are working full-time!
What agent could do to change your mind?
Respond to emails! Resolve issues! Not make excuses!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
