We have had two bad experiences in the last months. The first, having arranged to view a property and there was no show after 20mins with no call to apologise. I had to call & leave a message. We left without viewing the property. The following experience was even worse, we viewed a property in East Street, Olney. We expressed very positive interest to the Lady showing us around and asked to be kept in touch with other expressions of interest. Imagine our deep disappointment when on calling back to arrange a second viewing with a Builder only to be told the Property had been sold ! At this point, the Property was listed for Sale on rightmove & on their own website. Nobody had thought fit to make contact with us!
