I am a landlord, and I've used several lettings agents in the past to manage my properties. After being disappointed with other agents particularly around their use of poor and expensive maintenance contractors I transferred one of my properties over to We Let Properties to manage. They have been excellent their service to me and the tenant is fantastic and the maintenance contractors they use have been so much better than other agents and very sensibly priced.
