Rachel went above and beyond in helping the sales process complete - liaising with the purchaser and their solicitor as well as ourselves and our solicitor. She was very professional and responded in a timely manner which was much appreciated by all parties we have used David Ball several times in purchasing and selling and have always found them to be excellent
