Beyond worst Agency/Landlord Ever from East London❗ Rented from Keywise 2 properties, 1 East Ham 84 Leigh Road, E6 2AS, and the other 1 at 48 Clarence Avenue ,IG2 6JH. And both of them were beyond terrible and had Gants Hills was the worst, it not only had serious Mould issues but also serious Pest/Big RAT/Mouse problems which always FAILED to fix! Biggest liars ever! Keep away from these agents/landlord if you care about your health & money! See the pictures uploaded and they white paint to hide all the damages instead doing any repairs! Paid £50 more from February 2022 £1600 to £1650 for nothing! Keywise F Property should Banned from doing property business ?❗ Kewise management is real joke & the guy is a retard! If only wasn't any housing crisis then wouldn't stay with at Gants Hill for like 6 years+. I feel sorry for anyone who is renting from this dodgy agency! If you do then please look for a new property NOW!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
