I have been with Countryside letting as a landlady and I’m really disappointed with their services. For starters their property management company uses another property management agent making all repairs expensive and poorly managed. For the last two repairs I had to find my own plumber. I rang the letting department for 5 days in a row and I couldn’t get through and nobody rang me back. I am leaving this company at the end of this tenancy!
