I was very pleased with the service I received from both the lettings and sales team throughout all my interactions with the Belvoir staff. When I decided to sell my house it was done in an efficient way, the pricing was realistic and it sold for what I believe was a fair price. I was given regular updates throughout the process of selling.

Comments on Agent Fees
Some sceptics suggested that an Agent who charged a total of only 1.25% of the final selling price would not work as hard on the seller's behalf as an Agent charging a higher percentage. This proved to be totally wrong - it is impossible to have ANY complaints about Belvoir's service to us - an exemplary service was provided throughout the whole selling process.
