Terrible. They have taken OVER A YEAR to sort out one simple issues, I had to chase this. Several other things I have reported over a year ago, also reported again to get a response, NOTHING. There is a leak in the boiler and I have waited for 2 weeks without even an acknowledgment. They have been disorganised and have poor communication since we moved in. Do better.
