Worst experience of my life. I'm a landlord & currently threatening to sue Pavlos' company due to all the damages he's caused. He acts like he owns your property and you're his slave to keep paying him. He refused access to me to do an inspection OF MY OWN PROPERTY which is illegal. He refused to exit the contract when it finished after 2 years and continued to keep the tenant's rent until he was threatened by my solicitors to sue him. He's so greedy, he will do to ANY length to con and force you to take him to court to get rid of him to get management of your property back. He has used bullying, lies, threats and blackmail to try to intimidate me into not fighting to get my property back. He's keeping my keys, tenants deposit, months of rent he's not legally entitled to. And this is after his contract his been officially terminated by the solicitor. AVery Stressful and expensive few years.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
