No urgency to fix critical issues with the property Weeks without a boiler. Mould on the walls which was only rectified after getting the health inspector involved. Workmen that do show up I find to be rude and incompetent, leaving half a job done and requiring multiple visits. E.g a garden gate needed replacing and it was just left nailed to the posts? Tried to keep deposit despite no work being done or any evidence of damage submitted. I found the carpets to bee nasty, cheap and damaged. Rude agents. Threatened eviction on questionable grounds and never followed through, causing immense anxiety and stress.

They gave our keys to a workman to enter our property without our knowledge or permission which is illegal. They refused to apologise and blamed the workman even though it is their responsibility to inform us and obtain consent. We asked them dozens of times to arrange loft insulation to be fitted ... Follow the law, obtain our permission before accessing the property. Communicate in a respectful and professional manner.
