Only giving one star because there is no option to give 0. Save your money and your sanity by not renting with reside. Unless you want to be stuck with a one year lease and no basic facilities. 4 months in and hot water issues as well terrible communication. Lauren the property manager is the most incompetent person I have ever dealt with
