<p>Property liaisons run by Lisa is facing some serious financial difficulties or there is other things that are not in order, depts, poor management or short of staff. We have worked with this company from 2017 and it has been a good working relationships, till lately from 2023 the work we have provided for this company has still not been paid till this day in 2024. The invoice are small in total £302.4 and clearly indicates that as much as £300 payment for there suplieres is a very Big thing as I have been calling there office 10 times and send another 10 emails and every one would say all is good but no one would connect to Lisa and Lisa is also never in the office. I think that for such reputable company it would be easier to earn £300 from one single letting commision rather than answer phone calls, emails and avoid paying £300 for the work that they have instructed us to do. Or this is just a strategy of how to accumulate more cash before filling for bankruptcy and changing the company name by few leters and continnue running the business in the same adress and website just so that they can legaly avoiding there responsibilities and depts for (PROPERTY LIAISONS OF LONDON LIMITED Company number 02795127) Has this company also not paid for your work or own money? Please email me peter@spacephoto.co.uk as I am building a case to pass to debt collectors before the bankruptcy is announced or the company disappeared mysteriously</p>

10 Apr 2024This review is totally untrue and Property Liaisons are not in financial difficulty. The two invoices in question are dated November 23 and December 23 and it was not until we withheld payment you admitted that you were holding a credit balance on our account from August 23 which you had not credited to our account or returned to us. This was most disappointing as by your own admission we had a very good working relationship with you since 2017. We do not use your services at Space Photos as much now as we have done in the past due to the level of service and much lower costs elsewhere – I suspect this may be what you are most upset about. The amount which is outstanding is £206.40 and I confirm this is in dispute. We are entitled to dispute an invoice; this does not mean we are going bankrupt or are in difficulty. I am sure you will not receive any emails from any other parties stating that we owe any money as all our suppliers are paid on time as long as they act in an honest and professional manner, as do we. I have read the many emails you have sent to myself and all my staff and whilst I sympathise with you, I am not sure sharing your personal struggles and problems is appropriate nor your personal attacks on me as an individual. I have a very strong team and we have worked together for many years and luckily for me they can see through your strange messages. If anyone is concerned about this review, please contact me via email lisag@propertyliaisons.co.uk I will not be placing reviews on the way you operate your company as I personally do not believe in the principles of leaving bad reviews just because I feel disgruntled. In my opinion reviews should only be used when you genuinely feel the wider public should be notified about a company’s service level (good or bad) and not to try to deliberately cause them financial difficulties.

10 Apr 2024Lisa, I have Strong proof that what you say is not true as everyone would agree that 100 days is more than enough to check accounts and make payments of such small amounts unless there are some financial problems. And this is a strong argument! Although I sent 10+ invoice reminders, and 10+ emails to you plus 5+ phone calls you were never in the office or reachable and ignored all communication only when all your office was involved did you respond but it was not necessary, but there was no way to get any response to you. Checking accounts does not require 20 reminders and 5 phone calls unless it's a deliberate strategy of delaying or avoiding the payments for reasons unknown to me. And this is when I left this review that truly represents my beliefs about you and your company. But without any judgment, I asked do you needed any help and are you facing any challenges like critical illness or loss that would explain your actions and hiding... To what I got replay that all is good and finances are in check but again payment was not made but why? This leads me to the question of whether am I being deliberately lied to even though I offered a repayment plan and tried to understand you on a personal level shared my story and opened up about my struggles to encourage you to open up as well and to be more patient with you. I do stand for my words and have proof of all of the statements here and can provide screenshots to everyone interested in this matter peter@spacephoto.co.uk You also would agree, if this would be a behaviour of one of your staff that would be a poor performance or they would be hiding something. But no one of course in your team can say the truth about your work as it directly would affect their careers, and I just wanted to be transparent here without the reviews and other people's involvement you just ignore it. But this should not be that accounts managers reply to emails only after 100 days when they get bad reviews, the review is just a reflection of the performance. You highlighted that you had made some random payment of £96 without any reference at an earlier date (This was not requested by us) and also had no reference to any invoice or job done by us, but when I allocated the payment thanks to your note, I asked immediately if you wanted me to deduct it from the outstanding invoices that have now been sent for work provided or once the debt is paid or to refund, I heard no response from you or your team to this question. You only mentioned something about charging interest on this amount and solicitors. I am not sure if are you trying to make some money out of not paying for invoices and making mistakes here, I would assume that doing property sales and letting is a more profitable business than dealing with this but if the business is not going well this my be a way to get some money. But you don't have to be defensive just settle the payments as Manute people do to me and all the readers this is just showing the incompetence of your work. Whiles I am standing up for my rights to be paid for our work and am also happy to refund you the £96 once you settle this matter now with Dept Collectors (Nightfox) who are now dealing with this case. And to highlight your comment here, it is a bit misleading to the readers as you have already 2 County Court Judgments on your company PROPERTY LIAISONS OF LONDON LIMITED Reg No 02795127 anyone who looks up your company account and its credit reports will see this, but to make it easier I have attached screenshot here as well as you say that you have nothing to hide so I am sure you don't mind me to be transparent here "I am sure you will not receive any emails from any other parties stating that we owe any money as all our suppliers are paid" Although we have not heard complaints from you about the work quality I understand also why you have selected a company that provides cheaper service. It's entirely your choice to use cheaper services where the need arrises. However, I strongly disagree with your assumption that service providers do not have to be paid on time. The same as the other 2 companies that have proceeded to county court. Lisa as mentioned before I stand for what I say and I have proof of everything I am ready to also be introduced to your proof at the court as clearly this amount for you is a big amount, your actions are disrespectful to me and also the way you have treated me is humiliating to make me chase for money for work that we have provided it feels to me like I have to beg you for payment and you can do whatever you want. And because of you, I have wasted so much of my time and emotional energy that it has also affected my personal life. Lisa the truth is that you keep misleading people and although everyone understands that you haven't performed and haven't done work well you have never acknowledged this nor made any effort to resolve this or apologise, although I have on the other hand did all that was in my power I waited, emailed, called and even apologise of not noticing your payment done by mistake, what ever is needed just to get this resolved but what did you do all this time? While your head was in the sand and now trying to find ways out of it, the only way is to face it and by hiding the truth does not go away or change it just grows till accumulates debt even larger. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
