If you value disgustingly disrespectful service (towards tenants, that it), these are your guys. Highlights include: not bothering to tell tenants that they'll be showing up to show multiple people around the property, then rocking up and trying to get inside the room while you're in the middle of an important work call. They then lie and pretend they left a voicemail about it, when they absolutely didn't and offer zero apology. When they're not doing that, they turn up unannounced once again and aggressively yank at the looked bathroom door while an unwitting tenant is clearly in the bath. Clearly Haven are a bit lacking in the brain cell department to think it's perfectly okay just to rock up to a building and not do any quick checks beforehand. They also don't think the people paying to rent their sub-par properties are worthy of some advance notice. They equally don't care how appallingly unprofessional and off-putting this looks to prospective tenants. They would sooner catch current tenants unawares and in a state of undress before they extend such a basic courtesy.
