Without a doubt the most obtuse and frustrating letting agents I have ever had to deal with. When our property had serious damage due to their negligence, they not only shirked responsibility, but did nothing to compensate us when we had to find alternative accommodation for months. Repairs were never properly completed. Then had the gall to keep part of our deposit when we moved out. They also are very cagey about where their offices are located, and take weeks to respond to emails. Avoid at all costs
