TENANTS BEWARE OF SCAM ...! THEY STOLE MY DEPOSIT.. During the process of getting a property to rent from b&k estates.As usual I went to see the property and I like it then paid a holding deposit. Sana or Ana asked me bunch of documents for reference and I provided all of them. I paid my deposit and they still listing the property..! By law they have to use money protection schemes but they DON`T use. When I asked them to refund my deposit back they were quiet. They Haven`t refund my deposit yet. DO NOT RENT PROPERTY FROM THIS AGENT..!
