When I checked out the flat before moving in I could see it had potential to move into the following year as a PhD student. The tenants it seemed were very untidy and the place was a bit of a mess, so there was a risk. However, on collecting my keys and moving in, the team had completely cleaned and decorated the flat so it looked almost like a fully new place. It is the best flat I have lived in now. They also are quick to solve maintenance issues via the logging app, and the team are really friendly via phone to signpost you when you can't find meter readings etc.
