Disappointing and unprofessional service suggestive of inexperience resulting in a change of estate agent. We raised a complaint regarding the service we received on a number of occasions to various members of the team. Our concerns largely related to lack of expert advice, poor communication, and a complete lack of sales strategy for our property. At every level of the organisation our complaint was dismissed as unfair and no responsibility was taken for issues and errors made. The response from senior management was defensive and unprofessional, which was the final straw in pushing us to change estate agent, resulting in significant additional costs. On reflection we should have appointed a more established estate agent to handle our sale and cannot, in good conscience, recommend this service to anyone.
