Without doubt the most disgusting customer service I have ever been subject to in my life, the directors and senior staff should be embarrassed. Stay away from these guys! Every time (except when we went to sign a contract) we felt unwelcome, every time we asked questions we had to wait weeks to get any replies, when we had our first viewing we asked the agent if the property has any damp problems and they said NO - 2 months later whole ... Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
