Very immoral landlord on their books. Hive estate agents made it clear, throughout my ordeal, that they had nothing to do with my landlord and ONLY dealt with viewings - NOT the tenancy. However my complaint stands, Hive estate put me in a property that was unfit when I moved in, the move in process was stressful and was the start of a 14 month ordeal with my landlord. They claim they had no idea what was going on. However I alerted the team on the 1st of March and was told to mind my own business and it was nothing to do with them. Every single new estate agent was so supportive of my situation (I'm traumatised and frightened). Having posted a review. Hive contacted me and asked me to take it down because it wasn't their fault. Who you associate with says everything and you are still advertising his properties.

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
