Appalling company. Made several conditional agreements to rent the property which were not completed. The house was barely fit for people to live in. Months later and they just hide behind the complaints procedure and say they 'can't make the landlords do anything'. They take weeks to respond to basic emails and are overall unprofessional. Effective slum agents as property shouldn't be rented out in the first place. Also entirely separate procedure for reporting maintenance which is maddening. Have caused huge upset to us and now following official complaints and legal routes.
