Thank you so much Ian and team, Browne Estates have been absolutely magnificent and I genuinely believe that this sale would never have completed without your input. Unfortunately, the solicitors, all three of them, were less than efficient or communicative - in fact my solicitor never once picked-up the phone to me during this whole process. So it was not until you got involved that I understood the blockage in the process; once this was communicated to me we were able to circumnavigate the issue. We were also up against the Management Co. and its employees - rejecting offers and putting-off buyers. I`ve bought and sold around twenty properties, including outside the UK, and you are the best agents I`ve ever experienced.

In what has been a very challenging market following rapid interest rate increases, cost of living pressures and utility price increases, Ian at Brownes still managed to sell this property for us. Viewing levels were consistently good and Ian managed prospective buyer expectations very well.
