Very poor dealing with mice. My daughter rents a property on Kimberly Road Leicester and has had a nightmare with mice in the property. The landlord has had pest control out several times over the months she has been there, had so called repairs done and yet they are still living with a mouse ... Read Full Review

My experience as a tenant was quite positive as jalaram worked extremely hard to find me suitable accommodation and tenants that fitted my criteria. Slow responses to any problems. Had mice in the house, there was absolutely no urgency to help solve the problem. Constant blame gaming with the landlords, meaning you'll wait longer for any solution, even the most simplest of tasks. Either they are taking on too much work that they cannot ... Read Full Review
