This is specific to Yopa - Cambridge. The agent did not provide any feedback from the vendor on the offer made. She spoke with me on the phone after I made the offer (in writing) saying the offer is low and that she would communicate to the vendor (as she has to as per Estate Agents Act). ... Read Full Review
