If I could give 0 stars, I would. They don't care about laws, let alone your contract - they've broken both so many times it's absolutely mind-boggling how they're still in business. Didn't care about the black mould in one of the rooms, or when they did repairs in another room and a resident had to sleep on the dirty, rock and wood covered floor, or when we had maggots in one of the kitchens, because a certain resident (R*nan Khan) couldn't be bothered to clean anything or to ever take out the trash, or when the same resident kept stealing our food, left his snot in our butter and even tried to poison one of us. There are dozens upon dozens of these examples. Now, they didn't inform us of the landlord and management change and refuse to give us any details, so we have no one to contact about problems or to pay rent to.

Wrost agency I have ever seen ... The contracts. Even threatened me on phone call..I have screenshots and recordings as well..there customers services are worst. Zero stars if I could Absolutely worse landlords in Liverpool. The conditions that they leave you to live in is disgusting.
