Worst agency ever. Have changed name multiple times during my tenancy and bank details Now trading as Property Market There was only a period of 3 months where the staff in charge of some services was prompt, polite and helpful. Once this staff member left, it was a shitshow again. Call outs to fix things are half -assed fixes. Painting toilet? yes of course, they painted it over the previous mold that was there. Property is on a Top Up basis - bills inc for the room. It should be a regular check for top ups, not me chasing the agent for top ups, multiple times, several days notice given, and not actioned. I have spent weekends without electricity and gas. Had the audacity of multiple times to ask me to cover for the cost and "deduce it " of my next rent, for gas and electricity top ups. Rude and inconsiderate staff and also understaffed, thinking they are providing good service. Lack of self-awareness and liars. When I signed up for the property for bills inclusive, It didn't mention anywhere, that I would have to cover for top-ups on the instance people couldn't come over, sometimes over 3 days notice. Been denied top ups, because they have arrived before it fully ran out. Only to be called again and taking more days to top up. Gobbling up more than they can provide for, specially the service they state they can provide for bills inclusive. I believe if you cant provide a service with due diligence, then dont promise and be exactly clear at the circumstances of the agency. There was no transparency on this, and I signed up for an agency that finding out, subleases from another agency. Just dodgy and money hungry.
