Goymour Homes is a family owned Residential Lettings and Property Management Company that has been providing a lettings service for properties in Norfolk & Suffolk since 1929.

From town centre offices in Bury St Edmunds, our highly experienced and professional staff manage an extensive, varied portfolio of properties, and are extremely proud of our local reputation for providing honest reliable advice.
We have been providing homes to members of the United States Air Force for over 50 years so therefore have considerable experience with the housing office at both the Lakenheath and Mildenhall bases in fact many new clients have been recommended to us by their colleagues and contact us before they even arrive in the UK
We offer a range of bespoke services to assist our landlords from to simply sourcing a suitable tenant to providing a full property management service
Our aim is to ensure that our landlords feel confident about their investment and to deliver a flexible service that is tailored to match each individual’s requirements with clear fees and NO hidden costs.
Each of our tenants are equally important to us so we will ensure that they are all fully aware of their obligations and responsibilities, provide them with a full inventory of their new home along with colour photographs , ensure that their deposit is held in accordance with legislation and will be on hand to answer any concerns they may have.

Overall Fees
Tenant Fees You will not be asked to pay any fees or charges in connection with your application for a tenancy. However under the terms of our standard assured shorthold tenancy agreement, you will be required to pay certain fees for any breach of that tenancy agreement in line with the Tenant Fees Act 2019. In consideration of us processing your tenant application, you agree to pay those fees to us on request. During the tenancy (payable to the Agent) Payment of up to £50 inc vat if you want to change the tenancy agreement Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 3% over the Bank of England Base rate Payment of the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys/security devices . If the loss results in the locks needing to be changed , the actual cost of a locksmith, new lock and replacement keys for the tenant, landlord and any other persons requiring keys will be charged to the tenant. If extra costs are incurred there wil be a chatge of £15 per hour ( I
