Subjected to discrimination and no assistance was given with a particularly xenophobic landlord that's refused to fix issues with the property, after the tenancy ended I received a vile email exclaiming they would be claiming my deposit based on preexisting issues.

MD properties are the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with .after 18 months living in Fawlty towers ( castle view place ) I was still waiting for repairs to be done . Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
