Subjected to discrimination and no assistance was given with a particularly xenophobic landlord that's refused to fix issues with the property, after the tenancy ended I received a vile email exclaiming they would be claiming my deposit based on preexisting issues.

This is an embarrassment of a estate agents. Will find any reason to withhold your deposit. Avoid with the largest of barge poles. Will carry out absolutely no meaningful maintenance apart from plastering over minor holes. Customer satisfaction is less than minimal. The worst agency I have ever had ... Read Full Review
