Very unprofessional and rude company. Booked in to view a property today after receiving a text message today. Myself and partner left work early to view property. Waited for 25minutes with another couple in the rain. The vendor did not come or contact us to say they were not coming. After phoning the office we received a phone call back blaming us for not attending an appointment the previous day. They refused to accept any responsibility for their mistake and did not even bother trying to ask us for another viewing. The agent was very rude to my partner saying they were in balloch and couldn’t possible be at the rental property. Thank you for wasting our time. Incidentally the other couple had exactly the same issue. I’m glad they are not selling my property or arranging rentals. We will stay clear of this company in the future if this is the way they deal with renters or buyers.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
