Would recommend the agents, they are a small letting agents, but have very friendly staff and there is a good atmosphere in the office and unlike other agents in the area, they are not stuck up or rip off merchants. Would say that we have only ever had to phone out of hours once when the heating went wrong and spoke to the manager Micheal, he was a star and sorted out the heating within an hour and he phoned back later that evening to make sure we were OK. Also the fees were reasonable and very low renewals.

Terrible company. Homefinders are out for all they can get. When we moved into the property there was a fault with the shower, and it took multiple emails for them to finally send someone over. The customer service of this lettings agent is absolutely terrible. Landlord walks in without any warning, we ask them to sort things out and we get told to contact the services ourselves. Homefinders Oxford won the Sunday Times and the Times Best Single Office in Central England Silver Award for 2011 and I can see why as they are brilliant. For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
