We used brian lack as both a landlord and rented through them as a tenant. In both cases they were awful. They are pleasant on the phone but have a serious problem when it comes to action. When we rented through them we made repeated requests to have serious damage fixed to the property, a wall with extensive mould and damp damage and didn't fix it for 18 months. They promised us a couch and it took two months to deliver it despite being on the lease agreement when we moved in. They are also very slack when we were landlords and weren't good as communicating with us. I wouldn't ever use them agin easily the worst estate agent i have dealt with in nine years.

Historically, they have had close links with Investors or Developers and as such suffer from very poor communication during the sales process.
