I gave my property to Raj at KD RESIDENTIAL to rent it out. Within 1 week the tenants were occuping the house and I had all the references contracts everything. It has been 2 years I have had no headache no stress money is paid directly in to my account every month. That is what a real management agency is supposed to be like. Other people can learn and follow the example of this company. Thank you all at KD.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
