Outstanding Purchase Service Julia Sillers gave "Total WOW" Commitment to my new home purchase completing on time! Julia went the extra "10 miles" to make it happen! When I contacted Better Move, I was impressed by the extraordinary lengths that Rory Naughton went to in delivering the additional information that I needed in order to shortlist what became my eventual new home purchase. At short notice, he even organised a bespoke video tour of the property with an agent the following morning, which was a Saturday! He even found pictures and a floor plan from a previous listing of the property that answered all my questions. This was important research for me to do, as I was travelling up from my London home to view the property as part of my shortlist. Above and Beyond! Thank you, Rory, for your incredible service! Better Move secured my purchase offer with a refundable deposit fee of £1,000 to avoid any gazumping. Which gave me confidence and assured me of my purchase going through. This fee was refunded when I completed my purchase. Rory assigned Julia Sillers to progress my purchase with Better Move for my new home in Doncaster and it felt like I gained a friend, confidant and more importantly, a champion that was the "Lynch Pin" in my purchase completing. Julia responded instantly to requests from my solicitor and myself and became integral to my purchase happening at all! It was a long intense process, from viewing the property on 8 March to completing my purchase on 26 May 2023. Almost three months as I was also selling my London Leasehold Property, with a different agency so it all had to be synchronised and many hoops to "jump through!" We had a number of exchange and completion dates, to which Julia worked tirelessly towards. And at the point of each exchange date it brought up issues that needed to be addressed for my purchase to go through. When issues were highlighted, Julia was like a "dog with a bone" she communicated to all parties involved on both sides to progress my purchase. And got things actioned quickly. Julia kept my sanity and kept things moving at speed! Despite the fact that we had a number of bank holiday weekends and Easter holiday during the timing of my purchase. On the day I finally exchanged, Julia was on a previously booked day's annual holiday! That did not deter my amazing Better Move Champion - I had a hotline with Julia all day! For which I am truly grateful for! Each time we were about to exchange, it highlighted "missing documents and actions on the part of the seller" and this was the case for two entire work days and it also fell over a weekend. I was on tenterhooks, not knowing, Julia kept both solicitors in the loop and chased up all outstanding documents and actions with the seller - it was incredible. Julia even took a call from me whilst she was having lunch with her family, now that is dedication in getting my purchase through! The point of finally exchanging was 4pm on Monday 22 May, bearing in mind that this was supposed to be a day's holiday for Julia! OMG I am soooo grateful to this amazing lady! Julia was totally instrumental in getting the sales solicitor to process the approval to my purchase solicitor for the exchange and completion date to go ahead! OMG tears of emotional joy! We did it! Together! I know for sure that my purchase would not have happened if it wasn't for Julia Sillers commitment and tenacity and impeccable communication with every stakeholder in the process. I know that without Julia I would not now be in my new home and mortgage free! An absolutely massive "Thank You" Julia Sillers - and my heartfelt gratitude from Caroline an absolute Raving Fan!! x x x Better Move's incredible "Champion Sales Progressor" I have had an amazing experience and a Better Move with Better Move!

Misled around the idea of having a cash buyer lined up before signing a 30day contract.
