My partners experience of this letting agency was awful. Multiple times mentioned about the damp and no one came to sort it. The way theyre stating it wasn’t left in a good condition? Well - a bit dramatic. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned effectively apparently- this is MOULD damage, that without professional help could not be cleaned off the walls. They also mentioned as out the front wasn’t de guttered , that he was being deducted deposit. He was told to hang out windows and climb up ladders to get the moss etc out the guttering. Hardly safe? They were picky about that every single tiny weed had to be gone in the garden, that even though he put the bins out - as passers by had put the wrong rubbish in his bins. He was going to be deducted for this. They were rude, unprofessional- in their emails and even in the reply below to his comment. Getting a little defensive no? I will never ever recommend these people. And I didn’t even use them. Do not rent off these people. They don’t care about you. They’ll always try and keep money back off your deposit. I’d hate to know how much would be taken off if he ACTUALLY left it unclean.

Chelsea. Its a shame that you feel the need to become a 'key-board warrior' in defence of our tenant (your boyfriend). This is my reply to his Google Review "Hello Bradley, we are somewhat surprised by your poor review and comments about our service. Claimed "poor service" is hardly fair. You left the property in unacceptable order at check-out and we went the extra mile by giving to the opportunity to minimise deposit deduction by allowing you access to put right issues you should have sorted before your end of tenancy....hardly "poor service". We kindly ask you to reconsider your post and ideally remove it. Shame that you have forced us to post such a rebuke, any unhappiness you feel around the check out process sits only with you and you alone. P.S we did try to call you before posting this response. Thanks for putting the phone down!". Your reference to 'mould' in the bathroom was caused by condensation, with respect most bathrooms would suffer from it if bathroom windows where not opened to allow ventilation when being used. Keeping gutters cleaned during a tenancy is a requirement on the tenant, your comments around this distort unfairly the conversation around this as do weeding. In short the return of the property at the end of tenancy was not acceptable and we went the extra mile by allowing your boyfriend to re-attend and address the issues to minimise deduction from the deposit to allow monies for the landlord to put them right.
