we went with this agent as we found them very helpful when we brought a property last year through them .what a mistake that was ! we sold a property this year ,we found there were numerous queries from the buyer ,Abbotts manager could'nt do enough for the buyer ,we were told he wanted a quick sale ... I asked for a slightly cheaper commission rate ,l was told they could'nt do that ,then heard from a friend they had reduced fee for another seller !!
