We just bought our new house at Welwyn. Emily Ward from Ashtons helped us in this process. She was outstanding from the beginning when we first visited the house, then made the offer, to the completion, keeping us well informed and updated along the whole process, and in our dealing with the developer and solicitors as well, to make sure that the completion would happen within our timeframe. Our agenda was quite complex as we were moving to UK from NY, and she was very professional and committed to make sure everything would be successfully achieved. We are very happy and thankful to Emily, and would recommend her to everyone without any hesitation in using her support in the real estate market.
