I have used Winkworth as my agent for letting my flat in London for many years. they took over from a small agent Helen Watson, my previous agent, many years ago. Since then I have been able to rely on them for every thing from looking after the property, finding new tenants and keeping the property clean, tidy, well maintained and safe for tenants. They have always been extremely efficient and helpful. Even during the worse years of the pandemic 2020 and 2021 they have succeeded in keeping and replacing tenants so I have never had a gap in lettings. When I have been unable to keep up with emails one of the agents has kindly phoned me on my mobile to inform me of queries and decisions. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking of letting a property in London. They take the hassle out of letting and are a safe pair of hands, worth the management fees.

What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have heard me out some more. May be listened to what a person was saying instead of screwing them over all the time.
