Let my property via homebells estates, provided me with letting only service initially, was reliable and they find a tenant for me with resasonable time and price. Then management of my property since 2 years and I have been very impressed with them overall, an excellent and honest service.

20 Sept 2013DO NOT RENT VIA HOMEBELLS. Unrealiable, unresponsive and extremely unprofessional! The housing they supply is almost as dodgly as them. Stay well clear!!

6 Jun 2015Completely untrue, the boiler was covered by Homecare insurance and they installed a brand new boiler within 3 days Max. The British Gas Covered for hot plates and heaters which they provides...

I've had a very terrible time with homebells. They've refused to pay me back my deposit after I moved out. They just ignore my texts and calls and are totally refusing to pay me back. Dishonest agent; took a deposit from the tenant, saying he would pay it into a deposit scheme, then didn't.
