Our experience as high-rent apartment tenants with this management company has been utterly deplorable. They fail in basic responsibilities like cleaning the house - garbage removal, resulting in a rat-infested bin storage room and littered streets. Furthermore, their communication with tenants, especially new ones, is rude and unacceptable from the beginning, including threats to touch and liquidate personal belongings. Paying a premium for our apartment should mean better service and at least some respect, but we've received nothing but neglect and disrespect. This has never happened to us, even when renting much cheaper options. Suggest avoiding this management company, as they clearly prioritise profit over their tenants' well-being and satisfaction.
