Avoid Avoid!! Intrusive inspections, lying about conversations had, harassing emails and imposing their own opinions and beliefs to influence landlords decisions. Only have landlords interests at heart to get repairs done cheaply and left tenants in unsafe living conditions. breaching the tenancy contract. They learnt the hard way tenants always win with the truth.

exceptionally rude staff. very unhelpful, impossible to maintain contact with, would never ring back when they promised to.
