RUN!!!! This is undeniably the WORST company to let a flat from in all of the UK. My experience from day 1 was nothing but a horrible experience. Every person that works here is incompetent and just RUDE and will speak down on you as if you’re working for them. I seriously feel as if they hate their jobs the way they deal with people….disgusting . From day 1 I was dealing with Jovanna and I did not have a good experience what so ever. I was emailing her constantly and a process that should’ve took 2 weeks max took over a month. I felt as if I was back in school dealing with a girl who has an attitude about everything. I’m from a different country where when you are dealing with a rental agency or letting agent, they are determined to make you happy because it’s THEIR JOB. I’ve never in my life dealt with someone who treats a customer as if they are working for them and as if they are doing me a favor especially considering I had to pay my rent 6 months at a time. Now my year living in the flat has done nothing but cause me PTSD because of this agency. From day 1 of moving in they gave me a dirty flat and plumbing issues that were clearly left over time and not fixed by the agency (not surprised). I had issues with my shower over flooding with sewage and waste (look at attachments) that were clearly a threat to a humans health considering I could not shower in my own flat for sometimes weeks at a time. I dealt with this issue basically the whole time I lived in this flat due to the incompetence and horrible attitude of not fixing the issue properly. All they did was continue to send me people for a cheap fix rather than sending me a proper plumber. Of course my whole flat ended up flooding causing damage to personal items not to mention the smell it caused. This is just one of the issues I had to deal with in the flat. Now let’s talk about the mice infestation the flat had that clearly was known about when the flat was let and not dealt with properly. My experience in this flat was nothing but horrible and the way the agency dealt with these issues made the matter even worse…I’ve had to spend my own money on hotels multiple times during my tenancy. I moved out of the flat in August of 2023 and I’ve only just received my deposit back in February of 2024…of course with multiple petty deductions (not surprised) . I had to deal with Andreas which clearly needs to look into a different career because the way he dealt with everything was actually concerning. He has zero organizational skills and was even confusing me with other tenants. He also just has a sh** attitude…You would think after all of the things I’ve dealt with living in the flat (mice, flooding, no showers, hotels, damage to personal items) that they would have some type of consideration when making deductions from my deposit. They took more than half of my deposit…SCAMMERS!!! When I told him to read the check in report all he could respond is “we’re adamant about these charges”….like make it make sense???? It screams scam and trying to rip me off. I also highly doubt they used any of the money to fix the flat. After everything I dealt with living in this flat all I can say is RUN! Give your money to an agency that will care about you as a tenant and where they don’t have a whole bunch of incompetent staff that think they are better than what they are. Please HUMBLE yourselves and remember you are meant to be providing a service. It’s clear to me that from day 1 they do not care about you as a tenant at all, they only care about themselves, it’s truly disgusting. I’ve had to report them to the council for how bad my experience was and I can promise you I’m not a complainer but wow this agency deserves to be shut down! Please see attach photos that will give you an idea of some of the things I had to deal with during my whole time living in the flat…things they knew about but didn’t care enough to fix.
