I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. We ended changing agents due to appalling process. During the evaluation process they said they could sold for 10k more than anyone else. When they came back to sign the contract one week later they dropped the price 15k which was extremelly dissapointing. When they took the pictures we were very specific about not publishing the garage one because it was a mess. In theory they took it for measuring purposes. Guess what? It was published! We sold very quickly but communication stopped. 10 days before exchange I sent an email asking for information about buyers mortgage situation and survey. Someone different sent an email inmediately saying buyers have dropped out, no other explanation given. From there onwards, they only brought people that clearly have been convinced with no real interest in the house. Agents showing the house were constantly late (in one occassion 10 minutes late!). They even left some lights on after one of the visits. 0 interest in selling the house. In the end, we lost the house we have bought and we had to change agents.
