I recently had the unfortunate experience of renting from Milad and dealing with ELEGANT PROPERTY GROUP LTD , and I cannot express how utterly horrendous it was. From the beginning, it was clear that both the landlord and the agency were more interested in taking advantage of tenants than providing a decent living experience. Firstly, the property itself was a disaster. It was clear that minimal effort had been put into maintenance. The plumbing was a nightmare, with leaks in multiple places that took weeks to address. The heating system was outdated and barely functional, leaving me shivering through the winter months. The promised "fully equipped" kitchen was a joke, with outdated appliances that barely worked. Communication with the landlord was a nightmare. They were completely unresponsive to maintenance requests, and when they did finally send someone over, it was a half-hearted attempt that only temporarily fixed the issue. It was clear that they were more interested in collecting rent than ensuring the property was habitable. Now, let's talk about ELEGANT PROPERTY GROUP LTD. Dealing with them was equally frustrating. They were unprofessional, unorganized, and lacked any sense of responsibility. Getting them to address issues with the property was like pulling teeth. It seemed like they were more interested in making excuses than actually managing the properties they were responsible for. To make matters worse, I moved out on the 12th, and my room was paid until the 17th, however the very same day, there were two men in the room and they damaged the mattress and the agency blamed me for it. You read that right, I paid but someone else is in the room, doing all the damage and blaming me for it. It was a blatant attempt to squeeze every last penny out of tenants. One thing I need to point out. The main entrance door was NEVER LOCKED> People were coming in and going out constantly. How safe and legit is that ? And how about that MICE TRAPS all over the property ??? In summary, renting from Milad through ELEGANT PROPERTY GROUP LTD was a nightmare. The lack of care for the property and the complete disregard for tenants' well-being make them a landlord and agency to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the stress and frustration – look elsewhere for a rental property with a landlord and agency that actually care about their tenants.
