I have some quite fond memories of schooling Mark D in tenancy laws a few years ago. I was a tenant at the time and quite frankly unprofessional is an understatement. Tried to take the whole of my deposit for wear and tear losses and pre-existing damages noted on the inventory. I was quite embarrassed for Mark, having to go back to the Landlord with a paltry £90 or so awarded by the TDS arbitrator, against the thousand or so pounds they'd demanded. Whether you are a tenant looking to rent, or a landlord looking to have your property managed I suggest you look elsewhere. Really dishonest, borderline illegal practices at times. I'm not surprised somebody smashed all Host's windows some time back, utter disdain for honest tenants paying good money. All they think about is making money for the little they do. Perhaps the individual staff members are nice enough, but certainly Mark and the company ethos are rotten.

Avoid at all cost. As a previous tenant of this company I can confirm they are absolutely terrible. All they care about is the money. Any types of repairs seem unimportant to them. This is the worst letting company I have ever come across. The way you treat tenants is atrocious... so appalling how you get away with it. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
