I instructed H&W to sell my property. After they had started, I discovered that they did not use Rightmove to advertise properties (despite emails from the Sales team containing the Rightmove logo). After nearly 3 days of debating this and chasing them, they finally used another estate agents to list my property, causing confusion to buyers. I was unhappy with how they were marketing it and requested to cancel my contract with them. In response they effectively told me that I was wrong and lied to me about how it had been marketed. I again, requested it be cancelled and I received the most rude, obnoxious email from Christina which effectively told me that I had no idea what I was talking about, just to let them get on with it, told me I had no honour and even brought my current employment into it! I'm so upset with the disgusting email that I had that I have now completely blocked their numbers and emails.
