We have had an excellent experience with Weebs. We don't think there could be a better estate agent than Tommy! Webbs have been taken over by a new owner. The previous owner was known not to fully reference check. Ive used Webbs since being taken over (Sept 2009) and found the new owner (Tom) to be very professional and the tenants who are in our property are very nice and so far no problems. The new owner ... Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
