I used to stay at a flat on london road south with my dad on the weekends and we spent one night in the loving room together and the heater wasn't working they sent 2 people over to look at it and it never got fixed it was forgotten about the bathroom developed mould after a couple of months and now my dad is having over 500 pound taken off his deposit for cleaning and mould removal even though the place was in good condition when we left and when we arrived the first day it was grimy so they dknt clean there properties as this has happened at another place on the croft in fact i was barely seeing my dad whole he was staying as it was to cold in the living room

I have had two 1 bedroom flats from Paul hubbard 1 the croft and flat1,330 london road south both were damp cold and mouldy all the windows in both propertys need replacing I ask to move because I was cold and damp and my health is being affected when they moved me to my second flat it turned out ... I moved into a flat on beresford road saturday 20th may. And within 24 hours the bedroom window broke when I opened it. You could not close it. It needed replacing.
